Step 1.
Pick your frames
Select any three frames from our collection in stores. When you visit our store, we’ll make sure you find the frames you love no matter how long it takes.
If you can’t decide on your 2nd or 3rd pair, you can come back anytime within 1 year to fulfill your package.
Step 2.
Get a free eye test or provide us with your prescription in-store. Our 3 for 1 offer includes three sets of lenses to fit your chosen frames. You can select any of these for your package: Single-vision lenses, Progressive lenses, Bi-focal lenses, Readers, Sunglasses, and more!
Step 3.
We include anti-reflective, scratch-resistant and UV protection coatings on all our standard lenses. Additional lens customizations are available at an extra cost.
When your glasses are ready, we’ll call you for pick-up and provide any adjustments needed in stores.

Shipping costs are dependent upon the size, weight of the item and shipping distance.
If you have an item being shipped please contact us at admin@seedsofhopecm.com or call us at 604-392-0884 to find out the amount owed for shipping.
If you are picking up the item in person, there will be no shipping cost.
If you are the lucky winner of more than one item that requires shipping, the items will be shipped together when possible. (If you win items shipping from BC and items shipping from Alberta, there will be multiple shipments).
